My name is Aimee Neiman, and I'm the Team Leader of The Aimee Neiman Team. My team and I help real estate investors throughout Northeast Ohio identify and maximize STR and MTR opportunities. Approximately 50% of my team’s business comes from investors, with more than half of our investor clients located out of state. We understand that investing from a distance can feel overwhelming, so our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible.
